Johannes “Joe” Raabe, third year doctoral student in the Sport Psychology & Motor Behavior program, has accepted a postdoctoral research position at the University of Tuebingen in Germany. Eberhard Karls Universitaet Tuebingen is located about 20 minutes south of Stuttgart and is one of 11 “elite” universities in Germany. The sport department ranks among the top 3 in the country.
Upon graduation from UT, Raabe will work under the guidance of Professor Dr. Oliver Hoener in the Institute of Sports Science. This position will provide him with an excellent opportunity to further develop as a professional, as Hoener’s connections with the German soccer federation and access to elite coaches and athletes will provide great research opportunities.
