UPDATE: Flyers have been circulated with more information on this event and the abstract submission requirements. One abstract from each department will be selected for an oral presentation and a $500 award (it wasn’t specified, but in the past the award has been to support travel). I’ll post one on my door (HPER 343) if you want to take a look.
The Dean’s Graduate Student Advisory Board (GSAB) has announced that this year’s Research Colloquium will be held in the Black Cultural Center on March 4th. The deadline for submitting abstracts is February 9th. This is a great opportunity to gain experience presenting your research and for the department to showcase our great students.
