Comparative & Experimental Medicine and

Public Health Research Symposium

May 20 & 21, 2013

Who?  Graduate students, post-docs, residents, interns, & research assistant professors with research interests in the broad area of human or animal health.

What?  Abstracts are limited to 250 words. Participants give an oral presentation no more than 10 minutes in length. Already given your presentation elsewhere? Please consider repeating it for our audience.

Why?  Presentation experience, alerting the UT community to your work with attendant collaboration opportunities, and the chance for a travel award.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

Bacterial virulence and transmission / Bovine diseases and theriogenology / Clinical sciences / Exercise science and kinesiology / Innovative biomedical technologies / Nutrition and metabolism / Oncology and cancer cell biology / Pharmacology and pharmacokinetics / Population health and epidemiology / Viral pathology and immunity
