Tenure Track Positions: University of Puerto Rico

Greetings from the Department of Physical Education at University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. We have two (2) tenure track openings for assisstant professors for this spring semester.  We are contacting you to explore if there are candidates among the Ph.D. students in your program willing to apply for these positions.  Candidates must have a Ph.D. (at hiring moment) in Kinesiology or Physical Education in one of the following areas: biomechanics of human movement, exercise physiology, motor learning, motor development, athletic training, sports management or pedagogy.  Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teach in the undergraduate and graduate physical education program, research, academic counseling, community service and other departmental services.  Candidates must send the following documents: letter of intent, presentation letter including postal address, phone number, and email address, Curriculum Vitae, official graduate transcripts with degree certification and three (3) letters of recommendation to the address included in this letter.  We appreciate your interest in helping us finding the best candidates for our available positions.
