Today is the departmental deadline to submit the Admission to Candidacy Application for Spring 2014 graduations.
Please submit the from to Dr. Dzikus today. Make sure to have filled out the form correctly including all signatures of the members of your committee. Don’t forget to sign and date.
You will receive an email from Sarah Bicknell about when and where to pick up the form. You will have until December 3 to submit the form to the Graduate School. This will be the student’s responsibility.
