The department will be hosting a Sonya Shaw as part of the university’s Future Faculty program. She is a doctoral student at North Carolina State University. She has more than 20 years of experience in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management focused on leadership, management, budgeting and finance, programs, festivals and tourism planning and management, grant writing and administration, and facility/park planning and development.
She will be giving a research presentation Friday from 2 to 2:45 in HPER Room 239. Please attend if you are available.
