The Center for Career Development would like to announce that they are bringing Dan Beaudry, an immigration attorney, to campus to discuss international students and job searches within the United States. Entitled “What Every International Student Should Know About U.S. Employment,” this workshop will discuss topics such as:
Learn how to secure H-1B sponsorship at companies that have a policy against sponsoring H-1B visas.
Learn why human resources is often an obstacle instead of a conduit to finding a U.S. job and how to bypass it.
This workshop will take place on Thursday, March 2, from 5:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m. in the International House Great Room.
