CEHHS Student Marketing Ambassadors

We are reeving up our CEHHS Student Marketing Ambassadors this semester and are in search of engaged and driven students to join the community!

What will they do?  Our CEHHS Marketing Ambassadors are “online tour guides” for both the undergraduate and graduate programs in CEHHS. As more and more prospective students and families are developing their perspectives on colleges and majors based on digital content, we want to make sure that the student voice is heard and that the CEHHS is a leader. The audience for this content goes beyond prospective students and families and includes current students/staff/faculty, alumni, recruiters, and friends of CEHHS.  CEHHS Marketing Ambassadors may also represent departments and the College are various events.  Each Ambassador will have the opportunity for one-on-one marketing mentoring as well as enjoy a engaged community of students.

Training and Community:

Some upcoming community-building and training events for Ambassadors will include:

  • Being a CEHHS Marketing Ambassador – beyond the secret handshake and the royal wave – We shall EAT CAKE!
  • Drop By Brainstorming & Feedback on Mondays from 1-3
  • Popcorn, Cokes & The Art of Storytelling
  • Power Up your Social Media Skills (with Energy Foods)
  • Idea Roundup with Trail Foods

Samples of Content:

An ambassador may research stories of interest, conduct interviews, take photos, develop social media content, create a video, write a blog.  The topics and possibilities are endless!

  • An interesting professor
  • An upcoming event or lecture
  • A class project
  • A conversation with a classmate
  • A club meeting
  • A research project
  • An internship or job
  • The day-to-day life of a college student
  • Fun college tie-ins to trending pop culture

Time commitment is small (1-2 hours/week)
