Careers in Public Service

On Friday, September 7, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Toyota Auditorium in the Howard Baker Center, there will be a Careers in Public Service Event. This event is co-sponsored by UTK Phi Beta Kappa, the Department of Political Science, and the Howard H. Baker Jr.  Center for Public Policy. Panelists include:

  • Amy Fitzgerald, Government Affairs and Information Services Director, City of Oak Ridge
  • David Folz, Professor of Political Science and Director of the MPPA Program, UTK
  • Patricia Freeland, Professor of Political Science, UTK
  • William Lyons, Chief Policy Officer and Deputy to the Mayor, City of Knoxville
  • Patricia Inés Robledo, Business Liaison, City of Knoxville
  • John Scheb, Professor of Political Science and Baker Center Fellow, UTK

 

This event is free and open to the public. Guests may park in the Vol Hall Garage on White Avenue at no charge by requesting a parking voucher from Baker Center staff at the event.
