Congratulations on being accepted to our graduate program. All incoming graduate students in our department are assigned to Lars Dzikus by default, since he serves as the Director of Graduate Studies. Your actual advisor, however, is likely to be another faculty member. Please reach out to faculty in your concentration/specialization to find out who your advisor will be. Although a new version of the handbook will be published in the fall, the current version provides imporant information and guidance.
