I just received the fall and spring schedule for the Best Practices in Teaching Program offered by the Graduate School. This program is designed to help graduate teaching assistants and associates, postdoctoral lecturers, and new faculty develop the knowledge and skills needed to teach at the college level. The first session this fall, an introduction to the program, will be held on September 14 and six more sessions will be offered on different topics through early-November.
