HPER 393 (if the room turns out to be too small, we will be in HPER 239)

Invitation to Kinesiology, Recreation, and Sport Studies Students

The purpose of the Kinesiology, Recreation, and Sport Studies Diversity and Inclusion committee is to enhance diversity and inclusion to benefit students, faculty, staff, and others we serve. The committee is organizing an event intended to foster dialog about both positive experiences and any challenges that you have experienced related to diversity and inclusion within the department. The event will allow students to share their perspectives with faculty members and fellow students. All students in the Department of Kinesiology, Recreation, and Sport Studies are invited to participate. The event will take place at 3 p.m. on Wed., April 10, 2019 in HPER 393 (if the room turns out to be too small, we will meet in HPER 239).

Your participation in the event would simply involve sharing your perspectives and discussing ways in which we may help create a more inclusive climate in the department.
